• Pocket Projects – Returns & Refund Policy

  At Pocket Projects, every item is lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each product is individually crafted, slight variations make every piece unique.

  Returns

  We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • It is returned with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  Please contact us before returning your item so we can help with the process.

  Custom Orders

  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Personalised items.

  • Custom-made orders.

  • Products made to your specific colour or design requests.

  Damaged or Faulty Items

  If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

  We will happily repair, replace, or refund the item where appropriate.

  Change of Mind

  We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If your item is eligible for return, the customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  Refunds

  Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We proudly ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping Costs

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Processing Time

As each item is handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Once your order has been posted, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable). Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Pocket Projects is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
