• Pocket Projects – Returns & Refund Policy

  At Pocket Projects, every item is lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each product is individually crafted, slight variations make every piece unique.

  Returns

  We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • It is returned with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  Please contact us before returning your item so we can help with the process.

  Custom Orders

  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Personalised items.

  • Custom-made orders.

  • Products made to your specific colour or design requests.

  Damaged or Faulty Items

  If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

  We will happily repair, replace, or refund the item where appropriate.

  Change of Mind

  We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If your item is eligible for return, the customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  Refunds

  Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This product was made from a T-Shirt including the neck and mid point wrappings. Length is 49 in half providing a great for length on anyone.

If needing to be washed please hand was in mild detergent and by hand. DO NOT MACHINE WASH. Dry flat and in the shade. DO NOT BLEECH. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

This product weights 73 grams and will be posted with Australia post and will take approx seven to 14 days to arrive. The cost of postage is approx $15 .
